A glance about me.

I am an English studies graduate with a B.Ed in English and an Associate Degree in Business English from State University of Makassar, and recently, completed a PGCert from the University of Auckland specializing in Management. During my studies, I have been working multiple writing topics with a theme ranging from communications, organizational culture, education, sustainability, emerging market, and financial model-based report.

In addition, I have also a prior experience to run an English course business where I involved in the whole cycle of the market and operation process for around three years. I also have a one-year of experience serving as a community facilitator (communication) at a Green and Clean program.

The paper entitles "Integrating Prezi based Approach in Accessing Interpersonal Communication Course Materials: A Case Study of Students’ Perceptions", published by Faculty of Education, State University of Malang, ISBN: 978-602-73626-4-2.

Paper: Sustainability Practices

This paper is dedicated to answer a global business case study course for a coffee shop. The content primarily discusses how practiced values of the UN Sustainable Development Goals 2030 support the continuation of businesses and organizations.

Paper: Market Expansion

This is a business model proposal with a scenario to launch a bicycle business in different markets. In this essay, I outline the important considerations about international markets, what governing bodies which might impact operations and strategies to overcome them, the challenges and opportunities of the current market, sustainability strategies in penetrating the global market, and the supply chain process.

Essay: Organizational Culture

This essay requires to discuss the positive and negative sides of culture in organization. I use a positive story telling culture from an Airline as an example which has positively influenced the employees to serve customers. On the negative side, I raise a case that establishes moral conceptions in a startup company which causes the public perceives the organization to have a dysfunctional culture.

Investor Report:
Hallenstein Glasson Holdings Ltd

To analyze the company, the report includes New Zealand industry benchmark and in some relevant parts with Premier Investment Ltd as a comparison in relation to Hallenstein Ltd.’s profitability, effectivity, liquidity, gearing, and investment.

Marketing Plan and Business Analysis:
Islamic English Institute

This is one of the program plan and marketing strategy proposals I designed for Islamic English Institute. I analyzed the potential students through multichannel sources; SEO, field marketing, customer research, and event timetable. We then groupped the targeted customers in accordance with their needs and analyzed the marketing strategies.

Communication Instrument:
Islamic English Institute

The infographics are in mixed languages of English and Bahasa Indonesia for social media feeds. The infographic aims at familiarizing audiences regarding English proficiency level and what could their English competencies mean to academic and job opportunities. This has helped the business to target prospective students in accordance with their needs and goals.
